Copyright.Clearance

This form is used by clients to identify the copyright status of any image used in Creative Services projects. It is intended for images used outside of the classroom environment, for example, event posters or web sites.
Model.Release

This form is for model and talent releases of image, likeness, and audio. This is only to be used when there is no compensation IN ANY FORM.
